I brought my E320 to your service department today. The service department staff was awesome, my car was in on schedule, serviced, washed and ready when promised and I was treated great. Thanks for the loaner car so we could do some shopping in Springfield while the car was serviced. I'll be back!

As my wife and I are new in the area our 2004 SL 500 needed some attention. The minute we enter the service department we were introduced to Jason and Ted. It did not take long as our comfort of the quality of service we were hoping for was there. As the detemination of what was needed for the repair Ted was very informative of their findings and what was needed to complete the repair. Not even aware of it we were told all was under warranty and saved us $300 to $400 in cost. As needed we will return.
