Actually, I have not had any service othere than pre-delivery checks and clean-up which was very good, but am primarily responding to the purchase experience of my 2012 E-350 4 matic. The salesman, Clay Holt was outstanding and helpful in every way. He was attentive to our needs and helped find the right car color and packages we wanted. He was patient with us and took the time necessary, and then some, to show us the features of our new car and before purchase the features of the options. He made our experience there excellent!
