Mercedes-Benz Style recently teamed up with Lufthansa Technik to design creative, sleek VIP aircraft cabins. The collaborative venture led to the construction of the VIP cabin concept, which was displayed this past May at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in the Swiss city Geneva.

The brand-new partnership between Lufthansa Technik and Mercedes-Benz Style is a truly unique one. The VIP cabin concept, which will eventually be introduced to both short- and medium-haul aircrafts, is a whole new take on aircraft cabins. All traditional elements associated with aircraft cabin interiors have been thrown out the window and replaced with fresh, innovative components. For example, the concept features a spiral layout in place of the typical separation of walls, floor and ceiling, along with windows concealed by black panels that look like they float in front of the windows. In addition to this, the VIP cabin concept comes equipped with a series of components that play up Mercedes' typical emphasis on contrast, which ultimately highlights space. The concept will be pitched to top clientele across the world who would appreciate a unique interior cabin on their aircraft.
