Photos of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz SL have finally been revealed that expose the latest model’s brand-new features. The face-lifted model sports a wide range of exterior modifications, as well as several cabin updates that improve the car's overall look and increase its appeal among new car buyers.
In an effort to enhance the look and feel of the SL, engineers at Mercedes-Benz gave the new 2017 model more dramatic headlights, a revised grille and bumper, and a redesigned hood. On the SL63 AMG, a new diffuser, updated taillights with all-red graphics and a new small spoiler are visible, while the AMG model receives multi-spoke black wheels, carbon fiber accents on the side sills and bumpers, and Continental ContiSportContact tires.
Inside the vehicle, a new flat-bottom steering wheel, carbon fiber on the center console, a larger infotainment display screen, an all-new gearshift lever and a new controller have been added in order to give the SL a more luxurious look and feel. Additional details about the car's interior are expected to be released over time, but have yet to be revealed.
