Elite Mercedes is proudly taking part in this year's Big Lot'A Food Drive. From now until the end of November, we’re asking our customers and everyone living in the Springfield community to help us collect food items for Grand Oak Mission Center. Each item donated will be used to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for less fortunate families visiting the center this holiday season.
At Elite Mercedes, we make an effort to give back whenever we can, which is why we're especially excited to participate in the 2015 Big Lot'A Food Drive. To make this year's drive a successful one, we need as much help as we can get so we're encouraging everyone to bring non-expired, non-perishable food items to our dealership all month long. For a little extra incentive, we're giving away complimentary oil changes to every person willing to donate ten food items. Our goal is to fill up as many pickup truck beds as we can with each item, which will make their way over to Grand Oak Mission Center before Thanksgiving.
Last year, over 7,000 non-perishable and canned food items were collected during the Big Lot'A Food Drive and we hope we can beat that number this year. Please take the time to donate to this worthy cause in order to bring a little holiday cheer to local families in need.
