MBUX with Interior Assistant

An overhead camera registers the movements of the driver and passenger to provide a more intuitive operation of comfort and MBUX functions. You'll be able to program personal preferences for favorite tasks with ease.

Carwash Function

With the push of a function on the GLS, you'll adjust suspension, mirrors, and other features automatically before heading into a car wash.

V8 Engine with 48-Volt System

Adding an electrified V8 engine to its lineup gives buyers another option. This engine has 483 horsepower and 516ft.-lb. of torque. You'll also enjoy an additional 21 horsepower and 184 ft.-lb. over short periods via EQ Boost that result in fuel savings.

Fully-variable 4MATIC

You'll benefit from this fully variable all-wheel-drive system that varies torque from the front to the back, depending on the driving mode selected

"35" and "45" Engine Variant

Drivers of the CLA and A-Class will get the "35," a high-torque 2.0-liter turbo engine with 302 horsepower. The CLA "45," that features the newly developed M139 engine, producing 382 hp and 352 lb.-ft. of torque.

Cross-Traffic Function

These innovative features help mitigate possible crashes while turning. Automatic braking will occur if the driver signals to turn, and the vehicle senses a collision with oncoming traffic.

Active Stop-and-Go Assist

With stop-and-go assist, your vehicle will recognize traffic jams, hep you to better drive in slow traffic up to 37 mph.

Exit Warning Function

A vehicle with a blind-spot warning will get an added boost when at a standstill or parked by warning drivers of approaching vehicles when opening the door.
