Elite Mercedes was honored to bring joy to one local family this holiday season as a part of the KTTS Christmas Crusade. We had a great experience participating in the program, which helps provide a proper Christmas for less fortunate families, and enjoyed getting one special family wonderful gifts and items on their "wish list" that they will cherish for years to come.

Elite Mercedes would like to sincerely thank everyone throughout the community who participated in last month's 9th Annual Run to the Lights 5K, which was held on Friday, Nov. 7. Benefiting The Caring People, an organization that connects single moms with strong, Christian women, the race garnered a record-breaking 1,750 runners this year and raised over $75,000!

Short of a trip to Germany, The Open Haus event is, for many Mercedes enthusiasts, the best time to get up close with the newest designs, technology and elegance from Mercedes-Benz that will be unveiling in the 2015 model year line up.

The 18th Annual Ozarks Women's Links & 5th Annual Boys Against Breast Cancer Golf Tournament was held on Monday, Sept. 22 in an effort to raise funds for women's health. Elite Mercedes was a proud sponsor of the competition and even had a brand-new 2015 Mercedes model onsite for attendees to get a glimpse of.

Springfield's annual Cider Days festival is returning for 2014 and is scheduled to take place from Sept 20-21 on Historic Walnut Street. Going into its 17th year, this popular event draws in over 15,000 people annually in celebration of fall and one of its signature drinks, apple cider! This year's festivities will feature a collection of incredible activities for adults and children, along with live performances from some of Springfield's best entertainers.

Come out and support the fight against Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis by participating in the upcoming Walk to Defeat ALS, held by the ALS Association Springfield Chapter. Scheduled to take place on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Jordan Valley Park, the one-mile walk is arranged each year to bring awareness to ALS and raise money for a cure.

The Price Cutter Charity Championship, a part of the PGA's Web.com Tour, features some of the best up and coming professional golfers in the nation and raises funds for local children's charities

Monster trucks will soon be taking over the city of Springfield when the 17th Annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Ozark 4-Wheel Jamboree Nationals rolls into town June 21-22 at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds! Over 1,000 four-wheel drive trucks and off-road vehicles will be participating in the grand event, which will feature a slew of high-energy competitions such as the Mud Bog Challenge, Dick Cepek Burnout Competition, Mickey Thompson Tough Trucks Challenge and Show-N-Shine Competition.

For over 30 years, Mercy Children's Hospital has been serving the Springfield community, and at Elite Mercedes, we want to support their efforts by raising funds for their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Throughout the month of May, we invite you to help us give back to Mercy Children's Hospital by purchasing a new or used car at our dealership.
