What Services Does Your Maintenance Department Cover?

Is There a Warranty on Parts Used During Service?

Elite Mercedes-Benz uses genuine Mercedes-Benz parts for repairs and maintenance. These come with a warranty against defects. For some parts, the warranty is for 12 months or up to 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. For others, it runs 24 months or 24,000 miles. A 48-month warranty covers an engine. Tires are covered by the manufacturer. Consult your service technician about your particular repair to find out warranties for any parts.

Do You Have Wi-Fi?

To take care of your work needs, Wi-Fi is free. Our waiting area is a relaxing lounge where you can watch TV or read a magazine. You'll also find snacks and beverages to help you pass the time.

What Are the Hours for Service?

Weekdays we open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. Saturdays we open at 8 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. Due to our customer volume, we strongly urge you to schedule an appointment in advance. We want to make your repairs in a timely manner and send you happily on your way.
