Starting off the lineup is the GLS 450. The 450 is generously equipped for a base trim level. The exterior features 22-inch wheels, illuminated running boards, summer performance tires, and an adaptive air suspension system.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 GLS Have?

The base model has a turbo 3.0L V6 engine that produces 375 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. The second trim has a turbo V8 engine that is capable of 510 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque. The top trim level is powered by a stronger 4.0L V8 engine that delivers a whopping 603 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is standard with all trim levels, and all engines are connected to an automatic nine-speed transmission.
