Following the conclusion of the Sochi Winter Olympics, each of Russia's gold, silver and bronze medalists were given a luxurious Mercedes-Benz to enjoy along with their cash earnings.

Simply called the Cigarette Racing 50' Vision GT Concept, the boat showcases specific elements seen on the AMG Gran Turismo concept car, which is currently being featured in the video game "Gran Turismo 6," and sports meticulous detail throughout its design.

The innovative vehicle was there to map the Top Gear course, but was met with a surprise visit from the legendary Stig, a popular character from the series known for his anonymity.
