News around the auto industry claims that the upcoming Mercedes-AMG E63 could deliver around 600 horsepower when it debuts on the market in the near future. The S model, which currently comes with a 5.5L twin-turbo V8 engine, is said to feature a revised version of the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 found in the Mercedes-AMG C63 sedan that will be able to support the new power output.

The automotive industry is continuously searching for new ways to cut down on CO2 emissions and as of recently many carmakers have been leaning toward hybrid vehicles to get the job done. Mercedes-Benz is one brand that is working hard to cut down its carbon footprint and in order to tackle this problem the company recently announced plans to develop a hybrid AMG model by 2020.

The 26th Annual Price Cutter Charity Championship is scheduled to take place at Highland Springs Country Club from August 13-16. A premier summer Springfield event, the golf tournament brings future great PGA players to the Ozarks in order to raise money for children's charities. At last year's event, with support from the community and PGA players, the Championship was able to raise over $1 million, and for 2015, they hope to beat this record in an effort to help fund more local non-profit organizations.
