What's New For the 2020 Mercedes-Benz G-Class?
The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is still at the top of its class despite no major changes for 2020. The G-Class has a lavish cabin with a tremendous amount of space and exceptional comfort. The engine for each trim option is powerful, and it's a vehicle you'll want to have for off-road activities. The generous features abound across both trims, and the overall experience delights drivers and passengers.
2020 G-Class Trims & Features
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz G-Class has two available trims: G 550 and AMG G 63. Both of the trim options offer an interior that's luxurious with an extensive amount of high-tech equipment as standard features. Within the G 550 is leather upholstery, proximity keyless entry, a navigation system, 12.3-inch display, touchpad controller, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, satellite radio, Burmeister stereo with 15 speakers, a sunroof, power-adjustable front seats, heated front and rear seats, an in-cabin air purifier, and tri-zone automatic climate control. The G550 has a WiFi hotspot, 10-inch touchscreen, and the Seat Comfort package. This package includes ventilated and massaging multi-contour front seats. Choosing the Exclusive Interior package will take things up a notch with a few additional interior upgrades that include Nappa leather upholstery. A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster is provided for the AMG trim. The G 63 has many of the options and packages available for the G 550 trim. Cargo space for the G-Class is 38.1 cubic feet behind the rear seats, and that number is increased to 68.6 cubic feet for the G-Wagen.

2020 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Horsepower
There's a biturbo, 416-horsepower, V8 engine in the G 550 that has a 9-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel drive, and alloy wheels. The G-Class has a transmission that's smooth and responsive. The AMG G 63 boasts a twin-turbo, 577-horsepower, V8 engine. You can upgrade to a braking system with adaptive suspension and exceptionally high performance.
