Over the past few months, rumors have suggested that Mercedes-Benz is planning on developing an electric car, and just recently, we received new updates stating that an all-electric SUV could be on the way. Reports claim the all-new model will be based off the newly introduced Mercedes-Benz GLC and be renamed the Mercedes-Benz ELC.

Rumor has it that Mercedes-AMG is currently working on adding a new model to the AMG GT lineup: the Mercedes-AMG GT R. The new high-performance model will join the existing AMG GT and AMG GT S, serving as the latest top-of-the-line option in the AMG GT roster. Also said to be in the works over at AMG is a new E63, which will be based on the soon-to-be-released fifth-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

It was just recently that we announced the arrival of the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe for 2016 and now we have word that a fuel cell model based on the GLC is set to debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. The first of its kind in the Mercedes-Benz lineup, the fuel cell vehicle will go head to head against some of the industry's most prominent new fuel cell models featured on the market today.
